Our policy

Beads and Buttons Galore endeavors to provide the best variety of beads, buttons and associated accessories with the highest level of service. If for any reason you are disappointed or otherwise with our products and services please contact our management team on admin@beadsandbuttonsgalore.com.au outlining your concern. Please be sure to include your preferred contact details.

Minimum Orders

A minimum order value of $20 AUD is required for any on-line purchase.

Orders and Delivery

Please allow 5-7 working days for all deliveries. We deliver by courier and your signature is required upon delivery, therefore, we recommend a work address or PO Box if more convenient. If for any reason a signature cannot be obtained when delivery is attempted the shipment will be returned at the customers expense and an addtional charge will be incurred for a second delivery attempt. If you wish for the delivery to be dropped off without a signature please indicate in the comments section. Any order delivered without a signature requirement is done so at the customers risk.

Delivery Charges

We send by Express Post or snail mail.  International orders will be sent via AIRMAIL. Please allow 3 working days for delivery within Australia, and 10 working for International orders.

Shades, Colour and Size May Vary

Many of the items contained in this catalogue are hand made or hand dyed. For this reason items may vary in colour shade and in some cases shape.

Photographic Limitations

Due to photographic limitations exact colour matches to bead colour is not always possible. It is advised that the colour description is used as the main indicator and not the photo attached.

Bead Availability

Beads and Buttons Galore source beads from around the world. For this reason some beads take months to re-order and in some cases are discontinued without notice. If repeat orders of the same beads are required please consult management regarding future availability.

Bead Matching

Beads and Buttons Galore cannot guarantee exact matches to previous deliveries for the reasons mentioned above. Beads and Buttons Galore recommends that if an exact match is desired that a sample bead is sent when an order is placed. Notification of forthcoming sample should be noted in the 'Comments' section of the order page.

Returns

Please choose carefully. Beads and Buttons Galore will not refund 'Change of mind purchases'. Exchanges for 'Change of mind purchases' will only be considered at the manager’s discretion within 7 days of delivery. Any cost incurred for returned items will be at the customer’s expense. Any item returned must be in the same condition as the original delivery.

Faulty stock

Where stock is deemed to be faulty. We will replace the stock or refund to the same value of item.

Pricing Changes

Beads and Buttons Galore try to keep prices consistent throughout our catalogue and online store but do reserve the right to change prices without notice. If, as the result of a price change a customer order is higher than the original amount displayed on-line, the customer will be contacted as per the order details.

Discount offers

Beads and Buttons Galore at its discretion will provide Discount Vouchers. They can only be redeemed 'one per customer per sale'. Discount vouchers can not be used in combination with any other discount promotions.

Disputes

Where a dispute arises Beads and Buttons Galore promises that its staff will act quickly, honestly and ethically to resolve the issue.

Terms and Conditions May Change

From time to time Beads and Buttons Galore may need to change the Terms and Conditions of this web page. Customers will be notified that the Terms and Conditions have changed on the order sheet before a purchase is finalised.
